The K&F Concept Carbon Fiber Tripod & Monopod can be used with or without the center column, and the center column can be removed and used as a short, handheld monopod with the included ball head. With the center column installed, the tripod reaches a maximum height of 177cm. When it's removed, a drop-in adapter is removed from it and used to support the ball head directly on the tripod. With the center column removed, you can also spread the tripod legs to near flat for ground-level shooting. Another feature is inverted shooting. This is done with the center column installed and the tripod legs inverted.
