The Boya M1S is designed with an updated omnidirectional capsule inside and captures broadcast-quality sound from a 360-degree range and delivers it to your recording device via its 6m(20’) shielded cable. With the improved sensitivity, signal-to-noise and flat frequency response, this microphone allow you to record all audio detail with lower self-noise. The BY-M1S does not need an LR44 battery as it is powered by the device directly. This is the difference compared to the Boya M1 and makes using the BY-M1S more convenient.
