The Canon CR-X300 Outdoor 4K PTZ Camera with 20x Zoom in titanium white is ideal for professionals who need reliable remote control cameras with superior image resolution. Suitable for use in places such as houses of worship, corporate boardrooms, government offices, courtrooms, streaming production, events and more, the device also features a weather-resistant exterior paint, robust aluminum body, internal fan, IP65 waterproof rating and built-in lens wiper, making it suitable for outdoor surveillance.
Powered by Canon's 1/2.3" dual-pixel CMOS sensor, Hybrid AF, and DIG!C DV6 image processor, the CR-X300 sports impressive video capabilities such as scene modes, UHD 4K video capture and output, 20x optical zoom, 20x digital zoom, IR (infrared) mode, and a built-in waterproof microphone. For added convenience, it also includes NDI|HX support without needing a license, enabling quick integration into an existing NDI network.
The Canon CR-X300 distinguishes itself from camcorders in its remote-control capabilities, including IP, RS-422 serial, HDMI, 6G-SDI, and IP streaming outputs, and compatibility with Canon RC-IP100 IP PTZ remote controller. This quality PTZ camera also offers precise pan, tilt, and zoom movements with a speed of up to 60° per second.
This camera is PoE++ compatible, allowing integration into existing PoE+ networks and eliminating the need for local power and extra cable length. With a wide dynamic range, low light sensitivity of 3 lux, and its lens providing a 35mm equivalent focal length of 30.5 to 627mm, there is no compromise on image quality.
The camera is equipped with an external controller, allowing it to be operated via RS-422/VISCA or Canon's exclusive XC IP protocol over a secure LAN, which can be achieved by optionally using the RC-IP100 PTZ controller. Additionally, Canon's camera control software can be downloaded for free and run on Windows OS, facilitating control of all camera functions from a laptop or tablet, featuring a 9x9 live view, the ability to control up to 100 cameras, settings loading and configuration, and tally functions.
