The ZV-1 II offers an 18-50mm-equivalent f/1.8-4 wide-angle zoom lens, enabling content creators to capture more engaging shots. Its sleeker, lighter 9-ounce design proves ideal for one-handed shooting, and offers front-facing video for small group shots. Autofocus has been upgraded, including multiple face recognition, to ensure everyone remains in focus. This camera's format can perfectly capture narrow interiors or add a dynamic touch to everyday scenes.
The ZV-1 II houses a 20.1MP 1" Exmor RS stacked CMOS sensor and a BIONZ X image processor to ensure swift performance, ISO sensitivity levels from 125-12800, and large bokeh. Powered by the processor, the device offers Real-Time Eye AF, Real-Time Tracking, and Active Mode image stabilization for quick and accurate focusing, tracking, and a reduction in camera shake.
The side-flipping 3" touchscreen makes operating and composing selfies effortless, with manual and automated controls just a finger's reach away. This digital camera hosts a suite of touch-specialized functions like Touch AE, Touch Tracking, Touch Focus, and Touch Shutter, plus Product Showcase Setting, Background Defocus, Soft Skin Effect, and Face Priority Auto-Exposure.
Create elevated content with ease using the ZV-1 II's Cinematic Vlog feature, Slow & Quick shoot mode, and its intelligent integrated microphone. Cinematic Vlog has a 2.35:1 aspect ratio and 24 fps setting, plus customizable "Looks" and "Moods". Slow & Quick mode can adjust frames from 5x slower to 60x faster with just one screen. The built-in three-capsule mike is multidirectional, and its auto mode uses face and object recognition to select the best sound source. Plus, use the 3.5mm microphone jack or multi-interface shoe for external mics, plus a included windscreen for outdoor recording.
Extended, UHD 4K video recording at 30p is supported and a USB-C port can be used to record while charging or in conjunction with an external recorder or monitor if desired. Footage is also benefitted by Sony's S-Log3/2 and HLG picture profiles that match up with their professional cine cameras for refined color, dynamic range, and detail when recording.
